How attribution works
The first store to enrol a customer keeps them. Attribution stays active as long as they order at least once every 12 months — every purchase, in-store or online, resets that clock. If a customer goes quiet for a full year and then shops somewhere else, the new store takes over from that point on. Your historical earnings are never affected.
